It will be alleged that, on Wednesday 21 February 2024, the accused gained entry to a residence on Kinivan Street and sexually assaulted a female occupant of the home.
It is further alleged that the accused stole assorted items from locations on Kinivan Street and Roberta Avenue in Halls Creek on 21 February 2024.
The accused, a 25-year-old man from Halls Creek, has been charged with:
• 3 x Stealing
• 1 x Aggravated Home Burglary and Commit an Offence
• 1 x Burglary and Commit an Offence in a Place
• 1 x Sexual Penetration without Consent
He is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on 1 May 2026.
