Man dies after tractor collision at Glossop

Major Crash Officers are investigating a collision at Glossop last week.

Just before 9.30am, Friday 2 February, emergency services responded to reports a man had been run over by an unmanned tractor. The man had been working on the tractor adjacent to the Old Sturt Highway.

An 87-year-old man from Glossop was taken to the Berri Hospital and was later transferred to the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

Sadly on Tuesday 6 February, the man died from his injuries.

The man's death is the 8th life lost on South Australian Roads this year, compared to 15 at the same time last year.
