Man further charged with sexual assault

Sex Assault Squad detectives have charged a 29-year-old man with further offences as part of their ongoing investigation into reported alleged sexual assaults.

It will be alleged in September 2018, the man sexually assaulted a woman in her 30's at a residence on Parker Street in South Perth. The man had befriended the woman and her partner early in the evening at a restaurant located on Preston Street in Como.

The 29-year-old man from South Perth has been charged with:-

•One count of Sexual Penetration without Consent.

He is due to appear on this new charge on 21 October 2021 at the Perth Magistrates Court.
