Man missing from Sydney's west

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.

Leonard McDonald, aged 54, was last seen by family around 12.30pm on Wednesday 7 October 2020 at Warwick Farm Railway Station.

When he didn't return home to Chester Hill as expected, he was reported missing to officers from Bankstown Police Area Command who commenced an investigation into his whereabouts.

Mr McDonald is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 180cm to 190cm tall, of medium build, with grey hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a grey Nike hooded jumper, grey pants, blue joggers. At the time he was carrying a black backpack.

Police and family have serious concerns for his welfare due to existing medical conditions.
