Police are appealing to locate a man who might be able to assist with inquiries after a woman was stabbed at Turrella this morning, NSW Police say.
Emergency services were called to a premises on Cook Street, Turrella just after midnight today following reports of a concern for welfare.
A woman was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital suffering stab wounds.
Officers from St George Local Area Command are investigating the incident. Anyone with information is urged to come forward and contact Crime Stoppers.
