For the safety of the public and workers on site, Council asks trail users to please respect all trail and worksite closures.

The local small business completing these works continues to foot the bill for repeated and persistent trespassing and the damage it causes to works in progress.

Constant repairs continue to push back the completion date for the project.

These construction sites are closed for a reason: they're dangerous. Serious personal injury and bike damage can result from riding closed and under-construction trails, with no public liability insurance coverage for trespassers.

Please do the right thing for our local contractor, our community, and for your own safety and wellbeing. Stay off closed trails and away from all active construction areas throughout the trail network. Penalties may apply.
