Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Alana Carver.
The 15-year-old was last seen leaving an address in Ararat about 9am on Wednesday 16 December.
Alana is approximately 155cm tall, with a thin build, long black hair, blue eyes and a fair complexion.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her young age.
Investigators have released an image of Alana in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
She is known to frequent the Ararat, Ballarat, Horsham and Melbourne areas.
Anyone who sights Alana or with information is urged to call Ararat Police Station on 5355 1500.
