Missing Blacktown man may have been in Southern Highlands

Police have received new information about a man missing from Blacktown, which is focusing their inquiries to toe Southern Highlands.

Stevo Mandic, aged 68, was last seen about 5.40am on Monday 21 March 2022, when he left his home on Kirkman Street for work.

He was reported missing to officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command when he failed to return home on the same day, and they commenced an investigation.

Police now have reason to believe that Stevo may have been in the Moss Vale area about 5pm on Monday 21 March 2022.

Police and family continue to hold concerns for Stevo's welfare as this is out of character and he speaks limited English.

Stevo is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, of medium build, with grey hair. He was last seen wearing a white and blue striped t-shirt, green hi-vis vest, blue work pants, and black shoes.

He is believed to be travelling in a silver/grey Toyota Corolla with NSW registration BMD77R.
