Police are seeking public assistance to help locate missing man John Burchell.
The 73-year-old was last seen at a care facility in Ironbark about 10.30am today.
Police and family hold concerns for John as he has dementia and requires medication.
John was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black tracksuit pants and wears reading glasses.
He is known to frequent the Bendigo and Maldon areas.
Investigators have released an image of John in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees John or with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Bendigo Police Station on 5448 1300.
