Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Curtis Thomas.
The 16-year-old was last seen at his Cobram address about 10pm on 18 September.
He is known to frequent the Corio and Cobram areas.
Curtis is described as 175cm tall with a thin build, hazel eyes and fair hair.
Police have released an image of Curtis in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Curtis is asked to contact Corio Police Station on 5273 9555.
