New framework to better support our community service workers

We want Victorian community services to be safe, effective, connected and person-centred for everybody, every time, which is why we have launched the Client voice framework for community services.

The Client voice framework for community services is written with the help of people who have received care and support through community services, to help every worker in the state learn from their experiences.

This framework will help ensure the voice of the client is front and centre in all the work we do - and as a result, improve the quality and safety of services and the experience of those who use them.

Every Victorian deserves to live a life they value, with good physical and mental health, free from abuse and violence.

Our new resource means everyone can make a real impact on the services that affect their lives now, and into the future.

It will make a big difference for people receiving disability, family violence, housing and homelessness, child and family, child protection and community-based mental health and alcohol and drug services.
