The move places the office closer to specialist medical colleges, government agencies, and key stakeholders, while also delivering better value for members through lower operating costs.
A strong member identity is built on connection, and RACS' offices across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand provide a local presence for our Fellows and Trainees, ensuring the College remains accessible and engaged with the communities it serves.
The new office will provide a complimentary workspace for Fellows and visitors, including a boardroom that can be booked in advance for meetings and events. You can email if you would like to book the workspace.
RACS will continue to share its office with partner organisations New Zealand Association of Plastic Surgeons (NZAPS), New Zealand Association of General Surgeons (NZAGS) and New Zealand Society of Otolaryngology, Head & Surgery Society (NZOHNS), maintaining strong ties across Aotearoa New Zealand's surgical community.
