Members of the community looking to launch an exciting career with the WA Police Force will now have access to a new interactive recruitment centre in the Perth CBD from today, Monday 20 February 2023.
Conveniently located on the ground floor at 99 Plain Street in East Perth, serving WA Police Officers will be on hand to answer questions about entry requirements, eligibility and training expectations.
Importantly, those contemplating a potential career change can submit an online application and have all their documentation verified on the spot.
Deputy Commissioner Kylie Whiteley said the opening will create even more opportunities for people looking to join WA Police.
"It allows WA Police to reach even more potential recruits, which is so exciting for us and these officers of the future," Deputy Commissioner Whiteley said.
"Inside the centre, you can speak with people who are already in the job, and there's nobody better equipped to give insights into life as an officer."
The centre will be open Monday through Friday from 8am – 6pm, and on Saturdays from 8am – midday. It will be closed on Sundays.
