The amendment is detailed in Part 11 of Volume 2 of the DCP and commenced on 7 May 2019 in accordance with Clause 21 of Part 3 Division 3 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000.
The Caledonia Precinct amendment to the Campbelltown (Sustainable City) Development Control Plan (SCDCP) seeks to supplement the current SCDCP with local guidelines to assist in realising the vision for the Caledonia Precinct, principally though the land subdivision process.
Controls specifically address:
A street and public transport network
Public open space provision and landscaping
Building setbacks
Private property vegetation management
Heritage conservation.
Asset protection zone provision/management
Stormwater management and water quality
