The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, April 9 at 15:00 EDT (19:00 GMT) in the Simon Bolivar room at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC., to address "Rules for Diplomatic Relations and Asylum," at the request of the Permanent Mission of Ecuador.
