Oliver's Hill impound

Police have impounded a Dandenong North man's car after he was found driving while unlicensed in Frankston this afternoon.

Officers from Frankston were patrolling the Oliver's Hill car park when they noticed an unregistered Ford.

Members spoke to the 21-year-old driver and examined his vehicle which was found to have three bald tyres.

The car was impounded and the driver is expected to be charged on summons for traffic offences.

His three passengers, a 20-year-old man from Mickleham, a 24-year-old man from Mildura and a 24-year-old man from Keysborough were all given penalty notices for breaching Chief Health Officer directions.
