Patient demographic characteristics, devices used to access telehealth visits

JAMA Network

About The Study: This analysis of data from a large primary care network found that telephones and tablets were used for most telehealth visits, and higher rates of telephone or tablet use were seen among patients who were younger, Black or Hispanic or Latino, and living in lower-income zip codes. These results may help inform efforts to increase access to telehealth.
