Police are seeking public assistance to help locate 55-year-old Phuong Tran.
A warrant was issued for Tran's arrest after she failed to appear at court in relation to theft charges.
She is described having a small build, olive complexion and brown hair.
Tran is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD or Southbank areas.
Investigators have released an image of Tran in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her whereabouts.
