Police appeal for witnesses after motorcycle crash - Regents Park

Officers from Auburn Police Area Command are appealing for witnesses to a crash that's left a man in a serious condition in hospital.

About 4pm yesterday (Monday 26 April 2021), emergency services were called to Amy Street, Regents Park, after reports a man had crashed his motorcycle into a power pole.

On arrival officers found a 39-year-old man in the front yard of a premises suffering head injuries.

He was treated at the scene before being taken to Westmead Hospital where he remains in an induced coma.

As inquiries continue, police are seeking information from the public as they attempt to piece together exactly how the collision has occurred.

Anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or who may have dash-cam vision is asked to contact police at Auburn Police Station, or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
