Police are appealing for information to find a man missing from the Blue Mountains.
Michael Conquest, aged 43, was last seen walking east along the Great Western Highway, just outside his house in Wentworth Falls, about 5pm last Friday (23 April 2021).
A short time later officers attached to Blue Mountains Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Michael's welfare due to a medical condition that requires ongoing treatment.
Michael is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 180-185cm tall, medium build, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket.
It is believed Michael is in Sydney, possibly the Northern Beaches region.
