Police appeal to locate elderly woman missing from Willoughby

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate an elderly woman missing from Sydney's lower north shore.

Chan Ngah Sheung, aged 80, was last seen leaving a home on High Street, Willoughby about 9am yesterday (Monday 4 May 2020), to go for walk.

Officers from North Shore Police Area Command were notified when she failed to return home and commenced inquiries to locate her.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her age and undiagnosed medical issues. She does not speak English and may appear disorientated.

Ms Sheung is described as being of Asian appearance, about 140-150cm tall, with a slim build, and black hair. She was last seen wearing a chequered red/blue/white shirt, grey vest and black pants.

She is known to frequent the Chatswood CBD, Auburn, Lidcombe and the Chinese Temple in Ashfield.
