Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's Inner West.
Omar Hafiz, aged 32, was last seen on Hospital Road, Concord, about 1pm on Tuesday 12 May 2026.
When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Burwood Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for Omar's welfare as he requires regular medication.
Omar is described as being of African appearance, about 175cm tall, of medium build, with black hair.
He is known to frequent the Burwood CBD, Strathfield, and Sydney CBD areas.
Anyone who sees him is urged not to approach but to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
