Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man reported missing from Sydney's Inner West.
Patrick Weldon, aged 39, was last seen at an address on Euralla Street, Burwood, about 9.30am on Saturday 12 September 2026.
When he left the address and could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Burwood Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for Patrick's welfare as he lives with medical conditions.
He described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 175cm tall with medium build and dark olive skin, short dark hair
He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, red Jacket, black pants, and black shoes.
