Police appeal to locate man missing from Camperdown 5 September

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's Inner West.

Yubin Chen, aged 27, was last seen at a hospital in Camperdown about 9pm on Tuesday 30 August 2022.

Officers from Inner West Police Area Command were notified when he could not be located, and commenced an investigation into his whereabouts.

Inquiries have since established that Yubin was sighted in Belconnen, ACT about 11.40am on Wednesday 31 August 2022.

Police hold serious concerns for his welfare.

Yubin is described as being of Asian appearance, about 170-175cm tall, of thin build, with short black hair.

He was last seen wearing black shoes, black pants, black sweater and reading glasses.

Yubin may be driving a dark grey Toyota Rav 4 with NSW registration DB09MF.

He is known to frequent Waterloo, Eden, Far South Coast, ACT and regional areas on NSW.
