A land search is currently underway as police appeal for public assistance to locate a man missing from the states south.
James Power, aged 26, last spoke to a friend by phone whilst he was on a property at Windellama – approximately 40km south of Goulburn – about 6.20pm last Tuesday (2 June 2026).
When he was unable to be located or contacted officers attached to The Hume Police District were notified yesterday (Thursday 3 June 2026) and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police have located his vehicle unattended on the property.
There are serious concerns for James's welfare as he lives with a number of health conditions.
James is described as Caucasian appearance, 175cm, medium build with short brown hair.
It is not known what he maybe wearing.
James is known to frequent the Windellama, Marulan, Tarago and Sutherland areas.
With the assistance of Police Rescue, the Rural Fire Service and State Emergency Services, local police are conducting a land search of the area.
