Police appeal to locate missing man at Blue Mountains 8 January

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the Blue Mountains area.

Richard Brooke, aged 67, was last seen leaving his Winmalee home, about 7.30pm this evening (Saturday 8 January 2022).

Unable to be located since, officers attached to Blue Mountains Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and his family hold serious concerns for Richard's welfare.

Richard is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, of medium build, with short white hair. He was last seen wearing shorts grey and a beige coloured short sleeved shirt.

He may be travelling in a 2018 white Mazda BT50 dual cab utility with NSW registration EAM11L. The utility is fitted a white coloured canopy over the tray area.

He is known to frequent the Blue Mountains and Singleton areas.
