Police appeal to locate missing woman from Sydney's Inner West

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's Inner West.

Leilani Toetu, aged 19, was last seen at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital on Missenden Road, Camperdown, about 1.30am on Monday 1 August 2022.

When Leilani failed to return and could not be located, officers attached to Inner West Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

While police have been able to contact Leilani, she has not been seen since and concerns are held for her welfare.

Leilani is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, of slim build, about 160cm tall, with black hair.

She was last seen wearing a white crop top and black pants.

Leilani is known to frequent the Inner West area, specifically Glebe and Newtown.

Anyone with information into Leilani's whereabouts is urged to contact local police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
