Police appeal to locate woman missing from Bankstown

Police are appealing for community assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's south west.

Luba Litwinczuk, aged 66, was last seen on Chapel Road South, Bankstown, about 11.30am today (Saturday 23 May 2020) and has not been seen since.

She was reported missing to officers from Bankstown Police Area Command, who have commenced an investigation into her whereabouts.

Luba is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall, of solid build, with blonde shoulder length hair.

She is believed to be wearing a black and white stripe dress, a black jacket and slippers. Luba has a wheeled walking frame, and both of her legs are covered in bandages.

Police and family hold concern for her welfare due to medical conditions that require treatment.
