Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 15-year-old Jesse Murray.
Jesse was last seen on 22 December on McNeil Avenue in East Geelong.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due as he has a medical condition and this behaviour is out of character.
He is described as Caucasian, 154cm tall, of thin build and with brown hair.
Jesse was wearing a blue jumper, black pants, as well as black and gold runners when he was last seen.
Police have released an image of Jesse in the hope someone recognises Jesse.
Anyone who sights Jesse or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Geelong Police Station on 5225 3100.
