Police are responding to fatal crash - Malaga

Major Crash Investigators are seeking information regarding a fatal crash in Malaga yesterday afternoon, Saturday 24 October 2020.
About 4:50pm a Ford hot rod was being driven around a commercial/industrial estate in Malaga. It is believed the vehicle was being worked on by the driver and passenger, and was being taken for a test drive.
While being driven on Denninup Way the vehicle left the road and struck a tree.
The driver, a 59-year-old man from Ballajura, was trapped in the vehicle and was cut free by Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel. He was taken to Royal Perth Hospital by St John Ambulance, where he died.
The passenger, also a 59-year-old man, received minor injuries and was also taken to Royal Perth Hospital by St John Ambulance.
