Detectives from Major Collision Investigation Unit have charged a 69-year-old man from South Yarra following a fatal collision which occurred in Abbotsford on Sunday, 10 April.
It is alleged a car hit a male pedestrian on Johnston Street about 9am.
The pedestrian died at the scene.
The 69-year-old has been charged with dangerous driving causing death and has been bailed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on 22 April, 2022.
