Child Abuse Squad detectives have charged a 31-year-old woman and 30-year-old man in relation to the neglect of a six-month-old baby boy.
On 26 September 2022, the baby was admitted to Collie Hospital and due to his condition, he was transferred to Perth Children's Hospital.
The baby died in hospital on 5 October 2022.
The 31-year-old woman and 30-year-old man from Collie have each been charged with one count of
• Failing to Protect Child from Harm.
They both appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today, Friday 7 October 2022.
