Police are investigating a suspicious factory fire in Carrum Downs overnight.
Emergency services were called to a large fire at a car paint business on Brett Drive about 2.10am.
No one was inside the premises at the time.
Officers were told three offenders fled the scene in a dark-coloured Jeep utility.
Investigations are ongoing into the circumstances of the incident.
