Police are investigating after a fire broke out in a disused commercial premises in Preston this morning.
Emergency services were called to the single story premises on High Street about 3am.
The premises, which was undergoing renovations, was significantly damaged.
Investigators are treating the blaze as suspicious and an arson chemist is expected to attend this afternoon.
No one was injured during the incident.
