Police Investigating Robbery At Sunshine Coas

Detectives from the Sunshine Coast Criminal Investigation Branch are appealing to the public for information regarding a robbery at a takeaway restaurant on Peachester Road in Beerwah.

At approximately 10pm on Tuesday, February 13, a man rode a white mountain bike with black wheels to the business, walked through the entrance and stole cash from the till.

When confronted by the shop owner, the man pushed her as he ran out of the building.

He rode away on his bike, heading west on Peachester Road.

The man is described as tall with a slim build, wearing long black pants, a long sleeve black shirt, and a black and white face mask.

Anyone who witnessed the incident, recognises the man, has CCTV footage, or any information that may assist the investigation, is urged to contact police.
