Detectives are continuing to investigate a wounding incident at Varsity Lakes yesterday afternoon.
Initial investigations indicate around 2.30pm yesterday on Willow Street, a 20-year-old man was located with a stab wound.
He was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital for treatment. It is believed his injuries are considered not life threatening and he is in a stable condition.
The Wattle Street location was declared a crime scene and forensic officers conducted investigations.
Police appeal to anyone with information or relevant CCTV or dashcam footage to come forward.
