Northern Territory Police have charged a 29-year-old man in relation to the alleged assault of a 28-year-old woman near Casuarina Beach on Friday 28 August 2020.
The man has been charged with:
- sexual intercourse without consent
- aggravated assault.
He will appear in Darwin Local Court today.
Enquiries are ongoing at this time.
