Homicide Squad detectives have charged a 23-year-old Perth man in relation to the death of a 53-year-old man – and the wounding of two other men – in Tuart Hill on Tuesday, 3 January 2023.
The 23-year-old man was taken into custody at the time and he has since been charged with the following offences:
- 1 x Murder
- 1 x With Intent to harm, did an act causing bodily harm
- 1 x Aggravated Burglary and Commit
- 1 x Stealing
- 1 x With Intent to do GBH does GBH to another
He will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today, 5 January 2023.
