A 46-year-old female Northern Territory police officer has been served with a summons for the following offences:
- Unlawful entry
- Trespass
- Assault
- Make a threat to kill
- Disorderly behaviour
The officer will appear in the Darwin Local Court on 15 February 2023.
NT ICAC and the NT Ombudsman have been advised of the matter.
