Police responding to fatal motorcycle crash at Winchelsea

Police and emergency services are currently at the scene of a fatal motorcycle crash in Winchelsea.

It is believed a motorbike was travelling on Winchelsea-Deans Marsh Road when the rider lost control and crashed into a tree just before 4pm.

A number of passers-by, including two nurses and a doctor, stopped and provided medical assistance but sadly, the rider, who is yet to be identified, died at the scene.
