Police responding to fatal motorcycle crash at Palen Creek

A 71-year-old Waterford man died this morning after the motorcycle he was riding crashed at Palen Creek.

Preliminary information indicates the man was riding along Mount Lindsay Highway around 11am when the motorcycle failed to traverse a bend, leaving the roadway and striking a tree.

The man died at the scene.

Investigations by the Forensic Crash Unit are continuing.
