Police responding to serious traffic crash at Slacks Creek

Logan Highway Patrol officers are appealing for witnesses to a two-vehicle-crash earlier today in Slacks Creek, to make contact.

Police are investigating whether a motorcyclist may have been deliberately hit at 5.40pm on the Pacific Motorway on-ramp from Loganlea, northbound.

It is believed the motorcyclist and Volkswagen Golf collided while merging, resulting in the motorcycle and rider being run over.

The 50-year-old motorcyclist was transported to Logan Hospital for treatment to non-life-threatening injuries.

Anyone who witnessed the crash or who has dash cam footage of the area at the time is asked to contact police.

Investigations are ongoing.
