Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Melton girl Eva.
The 11-year-old was last seen at a shopping centre in High Street, Melton about 10am on Wednesday 13 April.
Police and family have concerns for Eva due to her age and medical conditions.
Investigators have released an image of Eva and urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact Caroline Springs Police Station on 9361 4700.
