Police are seeking public assistance to help locate missing Seymour man Dimitrios Panourgias.
The 68-year-old was last seen at his Jordan Street home on Friday morning 18 December.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and he requires medication for an ongoing medical condition.
Dimitrios is 160cm tall with an average build and short grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a beanie, tracksuit type jacket and pants.
Dimitrios is known to frequent Glenroy, Broadmeadows and Maryborough.
Investigators have released an image of Dimitrios in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
