Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Thomson woman Michelle Rochow.
The 48-year-old was last seen at her Jamieson Road home about 9am on 29 May.
Police and family hold concerns for Michelle's welfare as she has a medical condition.
She was last seen wearing a black jacker and black jeans and may be in the Geelong area.
Police have released an image of Michelle in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Michelle is urged to contact Geelong Police Station on 5225 3100.
