Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 12-year-old boy reported missing from Wulkuraka since Friday 21 August.
The boy (pictured) was last seen around 4pm at an address in Wulkuraka and has not been seen or heard from since.
He is described as Caucasian, approximately 150cm tall with blonde hair and blue eyes.
There are concerns for his welfare due to his age.
Police are appealing to the boy and anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to come forward.
