Police seek help to find missing man at Deebing Heights

Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate a 38-year-old man missing from Deebing Heights in Ipswich since this afternoon, January 7.

Michael Swain was last seen walking into bushland along Grampian Drive at approximately 4.30pm.

Police and family have serious concerns for Michael's welfare as he has a medical condition and was only wearing shorts when he went missing.

Michael is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 170cm tall with a proportionate build, brown hair and blue eyes.

Police are appealing to residents in the Deebing Heights and South Ripley areas to review any CCTV, and check their properties for any signs of Michael.

Anyone with information about Michael's whereabouts is urged to immediately contact police.
