Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Leongatha teen Jayden Stevens.
The 13-year-old was last seen at an address in Leongatha about 12pm on 9 January.
Police hold concerns for Jayden due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
An image of Jayden has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Jayden or who sights him is urged to call Wonthaggi Police Station on 5671 4100.
