Police Seek Help To Locate Missing Man Jacobus

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Jacobus.

The 21-year-old was last seen walking south on Sunburst Avenue, towards Doncaster Road in Balwyn North, about 10.30am today.

Jacobus has autism and is non-verbal, and his disappearance is out of character.

He is known to frequent Melbourne's CBD around the Sandridge Bridge and Queens Bridge area, and Melbourne Museum in Carlton.

He is familiar with using the route 48 tram from Melbourne's CBD to Balwyn North.

An image of Jacobus has been released in the hope it will assist in locating him.

Jacobus is Caucasian, about 188cm tall, with a medium build, and dark brown short hair.

He was last seen wearing a black and white t-shirt, black shorts, and no shoes.
