Police seek witnesses - Robbery - Wagaman

Northern Territory Police are calling for witnesses in relation to an alleged robbery in Wagaman overnight.

At about 10:00pm, a taxi driver in the car park of a shopping centre in Wagaman was approached by an unknown man. The man allegedly went to the passenger side of the taxi, held a knife to the throat of the passenger, and demanded money. The man was handed $200. He demanded more money from the vehicle occupants and fled the scene when another taxi arrived.

The man is described as being of Aboriginal appearance with a light complexion, thin build, and approximately 5'9". He was wearing a black hoodie and was barefoot.

The victims were not injured.
